2 teaspoons Dijon mustard | |

1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, optional |
Directions
1.
Puree oil, vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme in a food processor, mini-prep, blender or with an immersion blender.
