1 cup sour cream | |
0.50 cup mayonnaise | |
1 package taco seasoning mix | |
2 cans plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip | |
1 large bunch green onions, chopped | |
3 medium size tomatoes, chopped | |
1 can pitted ripe olives, sliced or chopped | |
8oz sharp, shredded cheese | |
1 large bag tortilla chips |

Directions

Avocado Layer
Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium-large size bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Taco Seasoning Layer
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasing mix in a bowl.
Mark as complete

Assemble Layers
To assemble: spread bean dip on a large shallow serving platter. Top with seasoned avocado mixture; layer with taco seasoning mixture. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with cheddar cheese.
