1.5 pounds chicken tenders, cut in bite-size pieces | |
1.50 cups salsa, we use Tostitos medium chunky salsa | |
1 tablespoon (packet) of taco seasoning | |
1 (15 oz) can low sodium black beans, drained | |
spicy Greek yogurt recipe (optional) |
Directions

Add ¼ cup of water to the instant pot.
Mark as complete

Place the bite-size chicken tenders on top of the water.
Mark as complete

Add taco seasoning, salsa, and black beans.
Mark as complete

Close and select PRESSURE COOK for 9 minutes on HIGH.

Once the cooking time is done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes before quick releasing the pressure.
