0.50 cup fresh lemon juice, 2-3 lemons | |
1 sprig fresh thyme, leaves only | |
0.50 tablespoon sugar | |
0.50 teaspoon sea salt | |
0.25 teaspoon ground pepper | |
2 tablespoons olive oil | |
1 cup water, add more for a thinner soup |
Directions

Process all soup ingredients in blender until smooth consistency.

Notes
This amount of lemon juice produces a tangy soup. Decrease this amount if a more mild flavor is preferred.
