24 large strawberries | |
1 cup heavy whipping cream | |
18 oz package of cream cheese (softened) | |
11/3 cup sour cream | |
1 2/3 cup white granulated sugar | |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract | |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional) | |
0.50 cup graham cracker crumbs |

Prepare the strawberries by cutting off the stems and slicing them in half. With a small melon baller hollow out a little bit of the middle of each strawberry.Tip: Cut a small sliver off of the back of each strawberry half so that they sit up straight.
