2 pounds ground beef (80%) | |
1 small onion, finely diced | |
0.50 cup green bell pepper, finely diced | |
1.50 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed (48 crackers) | |
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded | |
3 eggs | |
0.50 cup of milk | |
1 teaspoon salt | |
0.25 teaspoon black pepper |
Topping:
0.50 cup ketchup | |
2 tablespoons light brown sugar | |
1 teaspoon mustard |
Directions

Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.

In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Place to the side for the topping.

In a large bowl, combine the eggs, crushed Ritz crackers, cheese, milk, onion, bell pepper, salt and black pepper.

Add in the ground beef. Mix well to combine.
